Webinar Details

To support the “Mandatory Building Inspection Scheme” (MBIS) and the “Mandatory Window Inspection Scheme” (MWIS), Hong Kong Housing Society was commissioned by the Government to undertake the implementation of the Voluntary Building Assessment Scheme (VBAS) with the objective of encouraging building owners to properly manage and maintain their buildings on their own initiative. Building owners must appoint VBAS assessors to conduct the VBAS assessment. The speakers will provide details on VBAS, its benefits and mechanism, and how our members can become VBAS assessors.
