Programme Highlight

The Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Public Housing Development near Tan Kwai Tsuen in Yuen Long primarily comprise: (a) site formation works and construction of associated retaining walls and slopes; (b) construction of a carriageway for connecting the proposed public housing development with the existing road network; (c) construction of water supply facilities, including two service reservoirs and a pumping station; and (d) construction of a sewer connecting to Ha Tsuen Pumping station.

 

The technical visit will start with an introduction to the project. Participants will then proceed to the site and attend a session focused on sharing information about the project's operations and issues encountered. The visit will conclude with a tour of the planned housing site, where site formation activities are currently underway.
