The Government has formulated the Total Water Management Strategy. Water reclamation including grey water reuse and rainwater harvesting is one of its key initiatives for strengthening water supply management. The Water Supplies Department has completed a consultancy study to identify suitable grey water reuse and rainwater harvesting systems for new developments in Hong Kong.
This seminar will provide an overview on grey water reuse and rainwater harvesting, their applications and a brief account of specifications and guidelines being developed by the Water Supplies Department.

Seats are limited to 80.
Prior registration which should be done ON-LINE is required. On-line registration was activated at 9:00am on 6 February 2014.
But due to over-whelming response, the number of applicants far execeeded the capacity at 2:30pm on 10 February 2014. Application process was CLOSED then.
For allocation of seats, priority will be given to members of Civil Division.
Only successful applicants will be informed by email on or before 20 February 2014.
