Programme Highlights

Have you ever tried Turkish Coffee? Turkish coffee is not a special type of coffee bean but a method of preparing unfiltered coffee. Roasted ground coffee beans are finely ground, simmered in a pot and served in a cup where the grounds are settled. In this workshop, participants will be introduced to this technique. They will also have an opportunity to taste and appreciate the Turkish Coffee.

Most importantly, our members will be able to broaden their view and extend their network with other participants from different working backgrounds through this interesting coffee workshop. No previous experience is required.

The registration fee is HK$98 (includes materials)
