Programme Highlights

 

What is the true meaning and effect of the NEC requirement to act in a “spirit of mutual trust and cooperation”? How to bring forward the pain / gain share adjustment? With the wide adoption of NEC Form of Contracts for government and railway projects in Hong Kong, we will be covering recent cases that have a practical impact on the day-to-day function of this very dynamic form of contracts in a dynamic market that is construction.
