Programme highlights
In view of the increasing public concern of issues like protection of wall trees, pruning and transplanting practice; the public sentiment has become more influential than ever in different stages of engineering projects. A critical review of the conventional approach in planning, designing and implementing engineering projects is necessary to address the new situation.

In this seminar, by analysing some recent case studies, the speaker will highlight the fundamental issues of engineering, landscape and public concerns and the approach and process of how to achieve an all rounded successful engineering project.

Ms Kathy Ng, senior landscape architect of Civil Engineering and Development Department
