Technical Seminar on “Application of Information Technologies to Improving Performance of an Earthquake Engineering Laboratory”

Date, time & venue
2007-04-27;;

This seminar discusses how information technologies can be applied to improve the performance of an Earthquake Engineering Laboratory. This seminar will focus on the following two areas, the Information and Resource Management System for an Earthquake Engineering Laboratory and the Internet-based Platform for Collaborative Networked Hybrid Tests. In addition, the research activities currently being carried out at Taiwan’s National Center for Research on Earthquake Engineering (NCREE) on these two areas and their progresses are reported and used as demonstration examples.

Speaker
