Technical Seminar on Risk Management in Projects Utilizing Project Finance

Date, time & venue
2007-09-21;;

Project Finance has been used to finance numerous infrastructure over the last 30 years. Project Finance is non-recourse lending which means the lender can only rely on the revenues developed by the facility to service the debt. This means that projects using project finance in the form of debt, bonds or equity must undergo a detailed financial and risk assessment over the full life cycle of the project. The presenter will show a number of risk assessment methods currently being used by stakeholders involved in these types of projects.
