The permanent way of Kowloon Southern Link (KSL) (3.8km in length) starts from the overrun tracks at Nam Cheong station of the West Rail and ends at the overrun tracks at East Tsim Sha Tsui station of the East Rail. Supply and installation of the non-ballasted permanent way system comprise 3.8 km of floating slab track (FST), 4.0 km of baseplate on concrete tie track (BCT) and eight numbers of turnouts for switch and crossing tracks. The participants will be able to appreciate the installation of the permanent way of KSL.
