The Civil and Environmental Divisions of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in collaboration with The Guangdong Provincial Association for Science & Technology and The Macau Institution of Engineers have organized the “The Fifth Symposium on Sustainable Development – Cooperation among Hong Kong, Macau and Guangdong”.

The Symposium provides a very good platform for sharing of experience in research, planning and implementation of sustainable developments in the Pearl River Delta region, and to foster co-operation of professionals in the field of sustainable development. The theme of the Symposium is “Creating Quality Living in the Pearl River Delta Region”《构建大珠三角优?生活圈》.  Topics to be discussed include：
