Land supply was the important argue recently, an idea evolve in Frederick’s mind about using the huge piece of land of Plover Cove for housing and study of possibility starts around November 2016.

In this seminar, participants can understand more about the idea of using Plover Cove to solve shortage of the land supply for housing purpose.
