Programme Highlights

This seminar is to help civil engineering students and graduate engineers understand the basic design concept of bridge structures.

It will concentrate on the development of bridge types in Hong Kong, common design considerations, landscape and aesthetic requirement.

The speaker will also share managerial experience of the construction of Tsing Ma Bridge and the Stonecutter Bridge.
