Programme Highlights

The major objective of the Widening of Tolo Highway / Fanling Highway project is to relieve the traffic congestion problem and the anticipated traffic growth between Island House Interchange and Fanling by widening the existing 3-lanes dual carriageway to 4-lanes dual carriageway. The theme of this seminar is to introduce and unveil the challenges which have been encountered for bridge design works in Stage 1.
