Programme Highlights

The talk will focus on practice tips for variations both from the perspectives of the employer, contractor and consultants, how the various standard forms deal with variations, the form of variation orders and their valuations.  The talk will also place particular emphasis on points to be aware of in the standard form variation clauses.
