Programme Highlights

The seminar will cover job motivation theories/models, job satisfaction survey findings, leadership and time management skills. Ir Martin CHEUNG will share his personal experiences in maintaining proper work-life balance despite his hectic work schedule.  He will share his time and self management skills/stories, his own Happiness-Dictionary, and the equations for job satisfaction.
