Technical Seminar “Super Operations Control Centre of MTR Corporation”

Mr. Jason C. C. WONG

Mr. WONG has over 24 years of railway design, construction and project management experience and is now managing a portfolio of projects with approximately HK$3B annual spending on more than 400 items in the operating railway of the MTR Corporation. 

Programme Highlights

The presenters will highlight the challenges during project implementation stage to migrate three control centres into a Super OCC as all of them have to remain functional on a 24 hours / 7 days basis as they are the heart of an extremely busy metro system moving 5 million passengers a day.  He will also present how he applied general project management principles to such a project which is heavily electrical/mechanical and control system based.
