Programme Highlights

An addition to the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) facilities, the Midfield Concourse is located to the west of Terminal 1 and between the two existing runways. The project involves construction of a five level concourse, including aircraft stands, a cross-field taxiway, and an extension of the Automatic People Mover tunnel from Terminal 1 to the Concourse and the South Runway Road.

After the completion, HKIA will be able to serve an additional ten million passengers a year.

The number of participants is limited to 20 on a first-come first-served basis with priorities given to members of HKIE Civil Division.

Due to over-whelming response, the number of applicants far exceeded the capacity at 9:30AM 25 Feb 2014. Registration process was CLOSED.
