The Conference

On large infrastructure projects and even to a lesser extent some building projects,
the settlement of final accounts and claims are being settled down the route of
various alternative dispute mechanisms, which are contained within the various
contract conditions.

This conference will look at the various dispute resolution mechanisms, the
strategy to implement them, current legislation and how engineers, quantity
surveyors and architects should try as an industry to resolve any disputes within
their own professional field.
