Technical Seminar: A New Era of Civil Engineering with Innovation and Technology

Programme Highlight

Civil engineering has been entering a vortex of blending with information technology. Innovations and new technologies are new norms in sustainable construction and development. This seminar aims to provide insights on the blending of civil engineering with Big Data, Drones, VR, AR and RFID applications, emerging technology which would affect the civil engineering practice from design to construction.

Fee

(a) $50 per student member of HKIE;

(b) $200 per graduate member of HKIE;

(c) $500 per member other than (a) & (b) above

The number of participants is limited to 300 and priority will be given to members of Civil Division. Please complete the on-line registration at http://cv.hkie.org.hk. Email registration will not be accepted. Successful applications will be confirmed by email on or before 9 April 2018 for payment method to complete the registration.

 

CPD Certificate of 3 hours will be issued at the end of the seminar to those who attend the whole seminar. The seminar will be conducted in English.
