[FULL] Technical Visit to Reconstruction, Improvement and Rehabilitation of Kai Tak River (Contract No. DC/2011/04)

Programme Highlight

This is a flood protection project, which mainly comprises the reconstruction and rehabilitation of a portion of around 600m Kai Tak River from Po Kong Village Road to Tung Kwong Road, a box culvert construction of around 400m alongside the Kai Tak River from Wong Tai Sin Police Station to Tung Tai Lane and the relocation of affected existing watermains and sewers and the associated works near Tung Tai Lane. Pipe sleeve laying by trenchless method will be used under this Contract.

This technical visit will start with a brief introduction to the project and follow by site walk to major activities on site.

• Applicants who have already successfully registered to or participated in more than FIVE (5) visits organised by Civil Division in the session 2017-18 will be given lower priority during the process of registration.
