[FULL] Technical Seminar: Land Supply Series - Engineering and Technical Feasibility of Using the Hong Kong Golf Club for Public Housing

Programme Highlight

The Hong Kong Golf Club, Fanling, and a team of consultants and experts have been looking at the feasibility of the two options from the Taskforce on Land Supply concerning converting all or part of the Golf Club to public housing. This has involved civil engineering, traffic and transportation, ecological, landscape, environmental, cultural heritage / history / archaeology, planning, economic assessment and quantity surveying/ cost planning technical analysis and extensive survey work. The talk will summarise the most interesting technical findings.
