An introduction to the programme under the NEC form of Contract. Will the NEC form of Contract lead to changes with regard to how programming is undertaken in Hong Kong? Will poor programming lead to an inability to recover entitlement under a compensation event? Will the Hong Kong construction industry be able to fulfil the programming requirements under the NEC form?
