The adoption of drones (or UAV’s) in business and industrial applications represents the fastest growing sector in drone technology right now. Goldman Sachs estimates the commercial drone market will be worth over US$100 billion by 2020.

While package delivery and aerial video may grab the headlines, the fastest area of adoption for drones is occurring in sectors like construction, infrastructure, environmental assessment, urban planning, industrial inspection, and asset security.

This talk will give an overview of the latest commercial drone technologies specific to enterprise and industrial development, demonstrate real-world examples, and outline the regulatory environment for commercial drone operations in Hong Kong and Asia.
