Headaches, stiff neck and back pain are the usual symptoms of officer workers these days. Your mental and physical well-being can be improved by introducing yoga into your life. So, let’s start stretching our body and relaxing your mind through yoga.
In this introductory yoga series, you will learn about the health benefits of yoga, and practice simple yoga exercises. Participants will work out in the comfort of a small class, and received personalized instruction from the instructor. No previous experience is required.
The registration fee is HK$275 for 4 classes (includes equipment and insurance).

The number of participants is limited to 16 on a first-come-first-served basis with priorities given to members of HKIE Civil Division.
